Accomodations

On-Campus
Most Conference participants choose to room on the Chapman University campus. Lifewater encourages this option, as it is less expensive and offers valuable opportunities for fellowship.
The rooms on campus are in the dormitories, simple and comfortable. They are double-occupancy with a private bathroom for each room. You may request a roommate, and couples may room together.

Linens (sheets, pillow, blanket, towel) will be provided, although we suggest you bring your own towel if possible.

Lodging is free for children under 9, provided they are not using their own bed. (They may have a bed to themselves, but the normal rate will be charged.) For families, there are suite-style rooms with two adjoining rooms and a shared bathroom. If you are traveling as a family and will need a suite of rooms, please call our office for more information.

If you choose to stay off-campus, we urge you to book your reservations early. You are responsible for transportation to and from campus.

Parking
Parking is free on campus for Conference participants at the Miller Parking Structure near the Residence Halls, near the NE corner of Center Street and Walnut Avenue. You will need to display a permit, which is available at no charge from Lifewater when you arrive.

Meals
All meals, from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch, are included in the Weekend registration fee. Lunch is included for those registering for Saturday only, and other meals are available on campus on a cash basis. Vegetarian options will be available.
