Childcare
The deadline for registering your child for childcare is May 27.
When:
Childcare is offered at the weekend conference during meeting times.
Friday: Evening
Program (7:30-9:00pm)
Saturday: Keynote
Address & Workshop Sessions (9:00am-11:30am, 1:30-5:30pm)
Sunday: Worship

Who:
Children ages 10 and under are strongly encouraged to enroll
in the childcare program, and older children may do so
at their parents’ discretion.
What & Where:
The program will be conducted by qualified childcare providers
and involve organized activities that are relevant to the
conference, playtime, and snacks. For younger children,
there will also be time to rest. All activities will be
on-campus, near the conference facilities.
How:
A few things to remember:
- Parents should bring a cellular phone and notify childcare
providers where and how they can be reached at all times
during the conference.
- Parents are expected to administer
all medications to their children personally. If a child
has allergies, please let us know a.s.a.p. so we can be
sure to avoid risk.
- Parents of small children needing a
rest time should provide a “pack-n-play” for
their child. Any specialized/individual equipment parents
can provide is appreciated.
- Parents of older children may
choose to enroll them in the childcare program or attend
meetings and workshops. Each workshop session lasts one
hour and many are accessible to Junior High students, depending
on their interest and maturity.
Costs:
Children under age 9 pay a reduced rate for the conference,
which includes all meals and childcare. Children ages 9
and up pay the regular rate, which includes all meals and
either conference attendance or childcare.
