Training Courses
There are three trainings offered following this year’s
conference. Trainings are reserved for Lifewater volunteer
field trainers and invited applicants.
Note that two are offered at Chapman University, June 22-25
and one is offered in San Luis Obispo, June 22-27 (transportation
to and from Chapman is provided). If you have questions about
which training to take, or have questions about your eligibility
to attend these courses, please contact Lisa Zisa at lzisa@lifewater.org.
- Exploring Transformational Mission (ETM/formerly
CBTS) – In this foundational course you will journey
through Lifewater’s biblical response to the global
water and sanitation crisis. You will explore how
Lifewater equips partner organizations to become catalysts
in community transformation – a transformation that
encompasses physical and spiritual needs. This course is
required both for applicants entering the education track
in the field trainer application process and encouraged for seasoned field
trainers.
