Lifewater Staff

Lifewater International currently employs seventeen full and part-time staff dedicated to ensuring that our operations are worthy of the trust our supporters and partners have placed in us. As individuals, we have a passion for serving others. Collectively, we have hundreds of years experience in water development, international development, education, and business.

Chief Executive Officer: Position Open

Lifewater International is in the process of hiring a new executive director. Josh Brown, chair of the board of directors, is leading the organization until the position is filled in early September.

Director of Finance: Cheryl Foschaar

Cheryl Foschaar is a business owner and senior business analyst with over twenty years of experience. She holds a degree in business and information systems.

Director of Projects: Pat Klever

Pat Klever, P.G., has worked in water resource management for over twenty years and in international development for eleven years. Pat holds a Master’s degree in natural resource management from Montana State University.

Director of Volunteer Programs: Lisa Zisa

Lisa Zisa joined Lifewater after thirty-five years in education, business, and nonprofit administration. She has extensive experience leading successful teams of staff and volunteers in academic and nonprofit settings.
