Lifewater International currently employs ten full-time and part-time staff dedicated to ensuring that our operations are worthy of the trust our supporters and partners have placed in us. As individuals, we have a passion for serving others. Collectively, we have many years of experience in water development, international development, education, and business.
Chief Executive Officer: Justin Narducci
Justin provides executive leadership at Lifewater, bringing with him nearly 10 years of international non-profit and business experience. Justin served as Vice President of Operations for a community development organization that mobilizes local churches in Africa to restore life in communities through transformational development principles and programs. For more than five years, Justin developed and met organizational goals, overseeing the strategic financial and operational development for the organization. Justin holds a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. He, his wife, and their three children relocated from Phoenix, Arizona.

Pat began volunteering at Lifewater in 1990 and came on staff in 1999. A registered professional geologist, Pat has many years of experience working in water programs, hydrology, and earth science technology at major companies and government agencies. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Montana State Universtiy and her M.S. in Natural Resource Management from the University of Montana.
East Africa Director: Zerihun Hailu
Zerihun has many years of experience in senior leadership of church-based community development efforts in East Africa. He has worked in the areas of WASH, food security, renewable energy, and community-based child development. He holds an MS in management of natural resources and sustainable agriculture from Norway and has been published in several international journals.
