Every gift to Lifewater is designated to a specific village in rural Africa or Asia to help people experience life with clean water and sanitation practices.
On the village project page, your family will know their gift is changing lives when they:

 

 

  1. Read a story and view photographs from the village you are partnering with to see their current water source and more.
  2. Explore the village’s interactive map to see live progress of Healthy Homes, Healthy Schools, and other milestones.
  3. Receive real-time project updates through email including when the water committee has formed, construction has started, and a safe water source is complete.
  4. Share prayers of encouragement with the local team as they work hard to bring lasting life change to this village.
  5. Celebrate life change when the village achieves Healthy Village certification.
